Commonwealth Scholars were invited to attend the Annual International Scholars’ reception event hosted by Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) on 5 December 2019.
The event brought together a diverse group of Scholars from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, Chevening and CONTACYT.

Professor Dr Colin B Grant, the Vice Principal (International) gave a speech to celebrate the achievements of international Scholars and emphasise QMUL is committed to ensuring their international students receive the best possible educational, cultural, and social experiences available. Professor Grant highlighted how extremely proud QMUL is to have such a diverse and talented group of international scholars and congratulated them on achieving such prestigious awards.
Queen Mary University of London provided refreshments for the evening. Scholars were provided the opportunity to network with Scholars from all programs, make contacts and meet members of staff such as Professor Dr Colin B Grant, the Vice Principal (International).
