On 1 June 2024, Commonwealth Alumni living and working in Trinidad and Tobago gathered in Port of Spain to reconnect and share memories of their time as scholars.
The event marks the first alumni gathering post-COVID and provided an opportunity for alumni to meet in a social setting and share ideas on ways to engage Commonwealth Alumni. Discussions included ways to strengthen the local alumni association, the Commonwealth Scholars Alumni Association of Trinidad and Tobago (CSAATT).
The CSAATT is one of four alumni associations in the Caribbean. Over the coming months, they will focus on re-engaging alumni through informal social activities to celebrate 65 years of Commonwealth Scholarships.
