Alumni have attended a range of events in the last few weeks. On 24 February alumni and distance learning scholars met for the CSC Kenya AGM in Nairobi. Plans for the development of a chapter constitution and future events were discussed.
Professor Tim Unwin, Chair of the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission met with alumni during a conference in Gaborone, Botswana on 6 March.
Dr John Kirkland, Executive Secretary of the Commission, hosted an informal event for alumni during a visit to Mauritius on 6 March. Members of the Mauritius chapter discussed plans for alumni involvement in the forthcoming Conference for Commonwealth Education Ministers in Mauritius during August.
