Professor Michael Omolewa (Commonwealth Fellow, King’s College London, 1975-1976) acted as the lead discussant at the 2010 Gladwyn Lecture, held on 8 December 2010 at the Palace of Westminster, London.

The lecture itself was given by Dr Nosa Aladeselu, Executive Director of the African Women Empowerment Guild, on the subject of ‘Nigeria: 50 years of progress and challenge in the Education section’.

The Gladwyn Lecture is organised annually by the Council for Education in the Commonwealth.
