Dr Heather Bell (Commonwealth Scholar, DPhil in History, University of Oxford), Director of International Strategy at the University of Oxford, UK, was featured in an item on the flagship BBC news programme News at Ten on 28 April 2010.
The item was looking at culturally diverse regions in the UK, and Dr Bell spoke about the importance of international mobility for universities such as Oxford, in order to attract and retain high-level academics and students from around the world.
