Olanike Folashade Edetan is a 2011 Commonwealth Professional Fellow from Nigeria. She is studying for an MSc at the Department of Physical, Analytical and Environmental Chemistry at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Her Fellowship was hosted by The Haven Wolverhampton.
I feel humbled and privileged to be part of the 2% of the brightest of my generation and am further challenged to make this award count not only for my family, but also for my community, my state, and my country at large.
My Fellowship has benefited me in planning, imperative factors for the sustainability of any organisation, the various support and interventions available for vulnerable women and children, and networking, among many others.
