Mohd Golam Quader Khan (2007 Commonwealth Scholar from Bangladesh, PhD Aquaculture Genetics, University of Stirling) has won first prize in the oral presentation competition at the 2nd PhD Research Conference at the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling.
Golam’s talk, on ‘Application of DNA Markers in Genetically Male Tilapia Production’ was based on his PhD research, supervised by Dr David Penman and Professor Brendan McAndrew.
