Welcome Home Workshop and Reception

Workshop and networking reception for recently returned Commonwealth Scholars

On 23 January, recently returned Commonwealth Scholars from Ghana are invited to attend an online workshop on ‘Harnessing Skills for Career Positioning’ between 10:00-12:00 (WAT). This will be followed by an in-person evening reception hosted by the British High Commissioner to Ghana, HE Harriet Thompson from 18:00 (WAT).

The online skills workshop will be led by Commonwealth Alumni, who will share their experiences on returning home following their Commonwealth Scholarship funded studies. This will include advice on how to apply newly acquired skills and knowledge in the workplace and to build career excellence, as well as how to apply for new job and career opportunities.
