Today marks the launch of the Commonwealth Startup Fellowship, an exciting new programme delivered in partnership with the Imperial Enterprise Lab, designed to ignite and elevate high-potential startups from low-and- middle income Commonwealth countries.

The six-month programme brings together in-person and online activities to give businesses a combination of intensive, hands-on training and bespoke tailored support. Fellows will learn about key business concepts, refine their own ideas and develop an international network of experts and fellow entrepreneurs.

Robin Mason, chair of the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission said of the Fellowship, ‘The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission is thrilled to be partnering with the Imperial Enterprise Lab to deliver this exciting new programme supporting entrepreneurs from across the Commonwealth. Recognising the growing need for more skilled jobs and the importance of startups to create these, we hope through this programme to encourage the next generation of Commonwealth business leaders and job creators.’

We are looking for 20 young businesses to join the programme starting in March 2025. Applications are open now.
