We are pleased to announce Interchange, the online conference for Commonwealth Scholars and Alumni, hosted by the British Council, is returning for a second year! The conference will take place between 14-16 March 2022.
Exchange ideas across the CSC community
This year, the conference will focus on two global challenges: Climate Change and Public Health, with one day dedicated to each. The programme will mix panel discussions, alumni presentations, and opportunities to meet Commissioners and members of the CSC’s Alumni Associations. The event is an opportunity for Commonwealth Scholars and Alumni from across the world to meet, discuss, and exchange ideas.
How to register
The conference will take place between 14-16 March 2022. All Commonwealth Scholars and Alumni are eligible to register to attend the conference and will receive full details via email in January 2022.
Registrations will be open until the 28 February but register early to ensure you get programme updates over the coming weeks.
Take part as a presenter
Alumni presentations will be at the heart of the conference. We want you to present your work and put forward your vision for the future to fellow Scholars and alumni. We’re calling it ‘My Work, My Hope’ and all alumni can submit expressions of interest now!
Taking part means preparing a short video (3-4 mins) to highlight your work in the relevant field and set out a vision for the future which will then be discussed with Scholars and alumni attending the conference.
Those selected will be invited to join a master-class in video presentation skills and have the final video edited professionally and made available online after the conference. It’s an excellent opportunity to showcase and share your work, and to talk with fellow Scholars and alumni about the themes.
Alumni will have received full details via email in January 2022 and can submit expressions of interest when registering to attend. The deadline to submit your expression of interest is Sunday 23 January.
