David Musoke (2007 Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholar, MSc International Primary Health Care, University College London) has been awarded public health educational materials – books, DVDs, CD-ROMs and accessories – worth £2,000 for the Makerere University School of Public Health (MUSPH), Uganda.
The materials, awarded by the British Medical Association/British Medical Journal Information Fund 2009, are mainly in the fields of communicable diseases, sanitation, and hygiene. They will greatly enhance the existing book stock at the MUSPH library.
