Dr Fati Maunde held a split-site scholarship at Cranfield University in 2007, and is currently working as a project engineer after her university (Federal University of Technology, Yola) won a competitive agricultural research grant. Fati is developing an aluminum fabricated mobile maggotry, and is currently producing the conceptual design and market survey.
Fati was promoted to Senior Lecturer in October, 201after obtaining her PhD, and is the first female engineer in her department. Her publications include a text-book, Fundamental for Engineers in Society (Paraclete Publisher, 2010).
