Commonwealth Split-site Scholar publishes thesis

Emmanuel Akpabio (Commonwealth Split-site Scholar, PhD Environmental and Resource Management, Lancaster University, 2004-2006) has published his doctoral thesis as a textbook, titled Integrated Water Resources Management in Nigeria: Local factors and institutional challenges.
