Learn how to measure and evaluate impact in this two-part online workshop.

This workshop covers all you need to know as an introduction to impact measurement and impact evaluation. This is a two-part workshop focusing on theory and practical guidance for impact measurement.

Part 2

This part of the workshop will cover:

  • Types of data to collect: quantitative and qualitative tools for impact evaluation
  • How to embark on an impact evaluation project with limited time and resources
  • Practical steps to take when designing an impact evaluation
  • Stakeholder engagement

During this session, participants will discuss different impact evaluation tools for their own personal use, and will devise their own individual approach to data collection. 

This workshop is part of the CSC’s Development Training Programme for the 2020-21 academic year.

CSC workshops focus on professional and practical skills and are designed to be interactive, with small groups of Scholars and Fellows taking part in each event.

This workshop will be run by AccessEd, a non-profit organisation aimed at promoting fair access to university for all young people. Alongside running in-school programmes for under-represented pupils, they also work with researchers across the world, training them to focus on outreach and public engagement skills, career readiness, and leadership development.
