The CSC’s Evaluation and Monitoring Programme aims to identify and quantify the impact of Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships on individuals, on institutions, and on a wider scale on communities and societies. This work is coordinated by a team at the CSC Secretariat and overseen by the CSC’S Evaluation and Monitoring Committee, which includes both Commissioners and representatives from the Department for International Development (DFID), our main funding body.
Alumni are surveyed on a regular basis. The team also conduct focus groups and interviews, and are carrying out a counterfactual study.
